From Scratch Hospitality has sought to elevate the culinary scene of Fort Worth by our seasonal from-scratch restaurant concept.

Four individual restaurants, Clay Pigeon, Piattello, Provender Hall, and Walloon’s join hand in hand under the same executive chef and owner, Marcus Paslay.
